Effect: This card cannot be normal Summoned or set, this card can only be special summoned by tributing 1 face-up "Levia-Dragon Daedalus" or "Oilspill - Daedalus". send 1 face-up "Umi" to the graveyard to remove from play all cards on the field and in both players hands other than this card.
