Zeaux, I challenge you again!!

 

rules:

Must be spellcaster monster

winner gets 2 reps from loser.

ends tommorow, person with most votes tomorrow wins.

Alicky's card (mine):

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 DARK monster you control. When this card battles with a LIGHT monster, place 1 Dark Counter on it (max. 3). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Dark Counter from the card to decrease its ATK by 300. If a card with a Dark Counter on it is destroyed by a Spell Card Effect, Inflict 800 points of damage to your opponents life points.

This card is unnafected by the effects of DARK monsters. During your Standby Phase, you can remove from play this face-up card to negate the effect of all Spell and Trap Cards your opponet controls until your opponent's End Phase. When this card is removed from play by its own effect, Special Summon this card during your next Standby Phase.

Balance: It seems to only work when battling a LIGHT monster. What if your opponent has no LIGHT monsters in his/her Deck? It'd probably be reduced to a vanilla. - 7.5/10

Balance: Same as the above: What if there are no DARK monsters? Excluding the 1st part of the effect, it seems kinda overpowered--sure it gets removed from play, but it comes back, and you're able to use the effect again and again. I'd put in a little, not-so-hard-to-do, summoning condition in it... maybe up it's level to 4 as well. - 7.5/10

 

OCG: This card is unnaffected by the effects of DARK monsters. During your Standby Phase, you can remove from play this face-up card to negate the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls until his/her next End Phase. When this card is removed from play by its own effect, Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase. - 9/10

 

Pic: Looks a tad squished & a tad blurred. - 4/5

 

Other: Set ID is wrong. 4 characters (first 2 are letter) in the 1st part & EN, followed by 3 numbers in the 2nd part. - 3/5

 

Total: 23.5/30
