With Lightning Vortex' date=' you can destroy up to 5 monsters while only disarding a cad from your hand. Of course, the cards have to be face up. With Chain Lightning, first you need to Tribute 1 monster and it has to be Thunder Type to destroy up to 3 monsters. I don't think it's overpowered, it's just for a Thunder deck. Is Geartown overpowered because you can summon Ancient Gear Beast with no tributes?
