There are a few minor OCG errors (nothing to worry about). Kisame, Hidan and "True Akatsuki Puppeteer Sasori" (why does he have more ATK than Pain?) have too much ATK. In "Akatsuki Puppeteer Sasori", it should be Special Summon (you forgot to write Summon). Other than that it's great! I like Deidara's effect (1/6 of a chance to accidently blow everyone up!) and Tobi (although I don't know if you can do that).

Thanks. And You are right about Nagato and True Sasori. And Hidan is only Blue Eyes Strength, for 3 Sacrifices, though now that I think about it Kisame is overpowered
