Ghost Ryder
My other contest is gonna end.I'll just post it now: Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 1 Spell Card from your hand and by paying 800 Life Points. The discarded Spell Card is removed from play after. During your Standby Phase, you can search your Deck and pick 1 EARTH monster, show it to your opponent, then add it to your opponent's Deck. Your opponent's Deck is then shuffled, during your Battle Phase, if your opponent Summons the EARTH Monster Card, inflict 1000 Battle Damage to your opponent. This card is now removed from play. Also, why can't we use this thread?Just to prevent clutter.

.:Shad0w:.
You both have some OCG errors, the pics and effects are great, even though Zeaux's effect is a bit more creative if u ask me. You are both missing circulations, and The Devastator is missing the set ID too. So, my vote goes to Zeaux. (Sorry dude.)

Killey
I think to make these 1-on-1 matches fair both contestants should have PM'd a neutral 3rd party or the judge of the contest. If 1 person posted their card early the other can analyze the competition. That's just my 2 cents on it. Break down of both cards. Devastator's Card: Easy summoning requirements to get a Level 6 2300 beat stick and the LP cost seems like an unnecessary balancing mechanism to me. RFGing the spell doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me either. Seems like something you threw in there just because. Very few cards bring back spell cards from the grave so as a balancing mechanism it's another unnecessary thing to me. The actual effect is rather unique but overall seems rather useless to me other then thinning your deck and fattening your opponent's deck with useless monsters. The 1000 LP burn is decent enough but at the cost of RFGing this monster so it's counter productive. Personally, I think you tried to put in too many balancing mechanisms into the card. This card has a few good things going for it. It's an easy Special Summon so it can assist in field swarm strategies and give you a +1 in field advantage. It carries 2300 ATK so it's a good response to common 1st turn summons from your opponent like Stratos, Laquari, and Wulf. Being a level 6 monster means it's good Synchro Summoning fodder and give turn 1 Level 8 Synchros meaning you can SS this guy thin your deck by 1, fatten your opponent's deck by 1 then synchro summon. Should your opponent summon the earth monster they eat the 1000 dmg and you by pass the RFG counter effect. Zeaux's card: First off this is too long of a effect and could have been trimmed a lot of the unnecessary effects. Special Summoning requirements is a bit more difficult but still rather easy to pull off within the current metagame. Good idea to RFG the monsters as it prevents abuse with cards like Fires of Doomsday and other token generating cards. The ATK/DEF stats are fair and puts above Stardust Dragon, on par with Gorz, Thought Ruler Archfied, Dark Simorgh, yet weaker then Goyo Guardian. Due to Goyo Guardian I would change the SS clause to except by so that it can't be resurrected. Being a Level 8 monster means it's Trade-In fodder but due to it's summoning clause it's not really something you want to be discarding for 2 cards unless you have to. The effect is overpowered and needs to be toned down significantly because despite the somewhat difficult summoning requirements it's still rather easy to pull off. The tokens gaining the effects of your opponent's monsters is a bit much despite the low ATK. It's an interesting effect but requires some toning down. Furthermore, being level 2 makes them good synchro fodder but they can also be tributed for a tribute summoning, also being a dark monster under 1000 ATK subjects them to Crush Card Virus making the tokens broken. You've included an interesting balancing mechanism through the counters but I don't think it's enough. The piercing damage effect with the counters is really unnecessary and makes it feel like you've tacked it on. It only clutters your card up and with each additional effect makes the card more overpowered. What's even worse is that you've included an incredibly broken effect of hand raping your opponent in exchange for them to special summon 1 monster from the Grave. Yes, that could be a double edge sword depending on what they have in their grave but you wouldn't really activate the effect without checking their graveyard first. So the only time it will backfire if they have something pretty decent in their hand in the first place but giving yourself that much hand advantage is too much. As it stands right now Zeaux's card is broken and requires a lot more balancing to make it fair while Devastator's card is over balanced and should be tweaked slightly to make it more usable. Due to this I give the nod to Devastator's card.
