If this card is summoned in this way, this card gains 500 ATK points until the End Phase of your opponent's turn. [spoiler=Neo Dragoon's Effect]1 Neo Warrior+ 1 or more non-Tuner MonstersOnce per turn you may send 1 Warrior-Type Monster from your Hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type or Warrior-Type Monster from your Graveyard in face-up attack position. General Assclown Posted May 30, 2009 Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 Neo Warrior - 3.5 / 5 Neo Dragoon - 2 / 5 Why does Dragoon have a low rate? Because ATK is a bit over the limit for it's effect and the pic looks odd and it look's nothing like the other synchros. A few OCG errors , eg UNKNOWN ARIST. I noticed some mistakes after I posted them' date=' but I was too lazy to fix 'em until now. xD Because ATK is a bit over the limit for it's effect and the pic looks odd and it look's nothing like the other synchros. My cards do not have to look like other Synchros. For the ATK thing, look at Goyo Guardian, it has 2800 ATK and it's effect is more abusable than Neo Dragoon's.
