I screwed up v1 and v2 so heres v3 (new pic) Effect : 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersPay 500 life points for every monster on your side of the field, then place 1 Skull Counter on every monster on your side of the field. Every time a monster with a Skull Counter on it is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon the monster that attacked the monster onto your side of the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters that have Skull Counters on them x200 for each Skull Counter. You've got some OCG errors, and it should be either a Fiend or a Psychic type, not both. "Skull Counter"s also decrease attack and defense by 200. should be. (A monster with a "Skull Counter" gains 200 ATK and DEF) I think there's some other really minor errors, but I'm not enough of an OCG Nazi to point them out to you. Ok, the pic itself is from Bleach which would make me think this is a Pop Culture card, please change that. Also, like Lord Smeargle said, make it either Fiend or Psychic, not both.
