A Spell Counter that is![spoiler=Arcanite Blocker's Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters with different names from your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned place 3 Spell Counters on this card. This card gains 500 DEF for every Spell Counter on it. Once per turn you can remove 1 Spell Counter from anywhere on the field to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a monster(s) on the field, and destroy that card. [spoiler=Anti-Magic Chamber's Effect]As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate the effects of all other Spell cards. Once per turn you can remove 1 Spell card from either player's Graveyard to draw 1 card. Every time a Spell card is removed from play place 1 Spell Counter on this card.
