kingdom01 Posted May 31, 2009 Report Share Posted May 31, 2009 this is my newest home made card, i hope u like it 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhile this card is face-up on the field, all face-up WATER monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Sea Ruler Counter it (max. 5). Once per turn, you can remove 2 Sea Ruler Counters from this card to draw 1 card. If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Sea Monster Token" (WATER/Fish/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 0) to your field for each Sea Ruler Counters on this card.
