For every Spell Card destroyed by this cards effect, your opponent draws 1 card. For every 2 cards your opponent draws, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. For every Spell Card destroyed by this cards effect, your opponent draws 1 card. For every 2 cards your opponent draws by this effect, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. If not, you will destroy his monsters during his next Draw Phase, and if you activate the spell card and negate it, this card can be abused. 7.5/10 if it stays that way, 9/10 if you change the effect to something good (not necesseraly my effect).
