LiAM
I lost my OCG touch - but that's because this effect is a Field Spell - and I'm not very good with them, as they affect both players. Fix if you want - I'm not going to change it or bother looking back over it, just rate the effect as it stands. Once per turn, by paying 500 Life Points, a player can select 1 card on their opponent controls and Set it face-down. A card Set by this cards effect cannot be activated or flipped face-up as long as this card remains face-up. When this card is removed from the field, flip all Set cards on the field face-up, all Spell and Trap Cards that cannot be activated are returned to the owners hand.

Felix
I'm not saying its bad and it does go with the card, it's just creepy. It's a statue with blood coming out of its mouth; weird.
LiAM
It's called a temple of offering - where you offer your blood (LP) to use its mystical powers.
