Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Remove from play 10 cards in your Graveyard to negate the attack and Special Summon 1 "Rainbow Dread Warrior" from your hand.

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Rainbow Summoning". This card is also treated as a DARK, WATER, FIRE, and EARTH monster. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards from your hand to destroy 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can remove from play 1 card you control to negate the effect of an Effect Monster and remove it from play. When this effect is activated, place 1 Rainbow Counter on this card (max. 3). During your Standby Phase, you can remove 3 Rainbow Counters from this card to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. When your opponent's Life Points become 2000 or less by this effect, place 1 Secondary Counter on this card (max. 1). Once per turn, you can remove 1 Secondary Counter from this card to Special Summon a "Rainbow Token" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 500) monster from your Deck to the field.

By tributing 2 Wolf Warrior's, you can attack your opponent's Life Points Directly. While this card is face-up on your field, pay 500 Life Points each of your Standly Phases.

The clear winner is: "AlickmenT"

 

Both of his cards support each other, even though it's more or less impossible to get the card out (just like Ritual Summoning). "Kingdom01's" cards are not related, and I don't even know what the cards "Full Moon" or "Wolf Warrior" look like -- you should have posted "Full Moon", despite the fact that its not in the contest, and written out all of the statistics for "Wolf Warrior" (Attribute, Type, Level). The way this basically looks is that "AlickmenT" has 1 dead draw and 1 useful card, while "Kingdom01" has 2 dead draws. "AlickmenT's" cards support each other with summoning and "Kingdom01's" cards support with battle, and for specific cards, summoning is a much better support than battle (think "Rise of the Snake Deity" versus "Marshmallon Glasses" -- which one is used more?).

 

In the aspect of OCG, I think that there's only one problem with "AlickmenT's" card. The final effect talks about summoning a Token from the Deck... you don't summon Tokens from the Deck. You just summon them. For "Kingdom01", however, OCG problems grow like weeds. The first sentence of his first card has 2 alone, and in total he has 21 (counting semi-conservatively; 25-27 if not.) for both of his cards.

 

As for balance -- "AlickmenT" has a card that's INCREDIBLY hard to summon, and only serves a few purposes (unless your opponent is unintelligently NOT stocking many destructive S&T). It's a Godly Beatstick (yes, that's supposed to be capitalized :)), and it can deal some burn damage to your opponent, or potentially do a little field control. Even so, both of those latter effects come at a painful price (1 discard per effect neutralized and 2 discards per face-up Attack Position monster destroyed). I don't think this card would be worth all the pain and effort of trying to get it out on the field... any "Sakuretsu Armor", "Smashing Ground", "Hammer Shot", "Mirror Force", "Lightning Vortex", "Old Vindictive Magician", "Newdoria", "Man-Eater Bug", "Torrential Tribute", or "Divine Wrath" could take care of it quickly and efficiently. It's not much better than "Elemental Hero Chaos Neos" or "Burning Algae".

For "Kingdom01", you've got a monster that hurts your Life Points, doesn't have very good ATK/DEF for a Level 8 monster, and possesses an effect that relies on dealing damage to your opponent (which probably happen). A lot of this relies on how easy he is the summon with "Full Moon", but I'll bet that it's not very easy. His support card will be a dead draw unless he's on the field, and unless he attacks your opponent's LP directly (even less likely), and it isn't very good anyway, relying on him existing on the field and for at least 5 turns. Of course, once he gets to that point, the monster is invincible to S&T, and will be more or less invulnerable to most attacks (with 3650 ATK, not much other than a Sacred Beast or can best him). So he's a pice of garbage, which COULD become invincible if given a very very very slight chance. This leads to the paradox of being both overpowered and completely useless. You shouldn't EVER be able to create an invincible monster like this, and there also shouldn't be a combo so completely useless as this. Either have a hard-to-summon monster with fair support, or an easy-to-summon monster with bad support (you'll notice that "Marshmallon", the "Dark Scorpion" cards, and "Sealmaster Meisei" are all Level 4 or lower, and that "The Tricky" can be Special Summoned from your hand).

 

"AlickmenT" wins in concept, obliderates in OCG, and rises to the top in balance. He's the obvious choice.

Well, this is hard to decide. I would have to say kingdom01. Why you ask? Well, AlickimenT's card "Rainbow Dread Warrior" IS WAY TO OVER POWERED! :!: Sure "Rainbow Dread Warrior" and "Rainbow Summoning" support each other but, I'm sorry AlickimenT if "Rainbow Dread Warrior" wasen't so powerfull you'd have my vote. As for kingdom01, his cards didn't support each other, but they supported other cards he just couldn't show them so I say... Kingdom01 You Got My Vote!
