Zeaux
Loyal White Knight Gorken Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When your opponent's activate a card effect, you can flip this card into face-up Attack Position to negate and return it to your opponent's hand. If the card was a monster, this card cannot change its Battle Position until your next End Phase.

Pedobear Hunter
"When your opponent activates a card effect, you can flip this card into face-up Attack Position to negate and return it to your opponent's hand." This wont work because monsters can't activate effects while face-down.
Skyson
Mid Shield Gardna tells Pedobear Hunter he's wrong. Actually, all Trap Cards tell him he's wrong. How does a Trap Card know that its timing is right if it's been face-down the whole time? This card is beautifully abuseable. Really, did you have to give it 1500 ATK to make it Shining Angel searchable? Special Summonable even. I like this card a lot for what it can do. It forces your opponent to look for an answer in the form of something that can knock him out in battle, but can be protected and imposes a continuous threat to the field. I like it a lot, and I could even see Counter Decks made around him. The possibilities aren't that hard to imagine. 9/10.
Lord Smeagle
Basically, Skyson said it all. I second that 9/10.

Leturn Master
OCG Corrections:Once per turn, you can flip this card into face-down Defense Position. When your opponent activates a card effect, you can flip this card into face-up Attack Position to negate the card effect. If the card is a Spell or Trap Card, return it to your opponent's hand. If the card is a monster card, it cannot change its Battle Position until your next End Phase. Useful -- I see the application. Your opponent needs to put more to work in order to beat this card, and it's not a completely dominating effect-smashing card ("Old Vindictive Magician" and "Mystic Tomato" still work). The thing that makes it overpowered is the fact that it can be searched by "Shining Angel" (just like "Skyson" said). I recommend bringing the ATK up to at least 1550 (or pull a "Castle of Dark Illusion" and make it 1520 or something... hehe :)) so it can't be searched so easily. Btw, "Skyson", monster cards can only have effects that work when they're face-down IF the effect specifically talks about working while the monster is face-down. That's why "Ancient Lamp" needs to specify that its effect works while it is face-down.

The same logic for Traps cannot be used for Monsters. I was unaware of Mid Shield Gardna's effect.

cell0097
Nice card Zeaux. It's nice to see "good" monsters vs all the evil things that get made hehe.As for the effect, very awesome. It's nice to have an ability to shut down some of the more annoying trap and magic cards, hell, even damn man eater bug.Oh, my favorite part is the picture. Tyrael from Diablo 2 has been a favorite of mine for years.10/
