If this is the only monster you control, this monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase, this effect can only be used when this card is 1st Tribute Summoned. When this monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Talented Harper" from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position. ok so a new card idea i just need help on the ocg, so please help me outbut other than that, opinions?
