Lets see

Card A

Balance

I think it is a little UnderPowered because all monsters on your side of the field can lose 500 ATK points for each card in their hand. What if they had a lot of cards in their hand but i like the idea anyway.

OCG talk

Wwell at the start it is very confusing it is hard to understand how to summon it.

I see other places too but the rest is good.

Other: I like the idea but as I said what if your oppoenent has a big hand then what well you wouldint activate its effect I see.

Total 91/100 nice work

Card B

Balance

No balance at all.

To easy to summon for such a powerfull monster.

OCG

perfect.

Other

To easy to summon cos if you were playing with a fire deck than you have 2 level 4 or lower monsters in your graveyard. You have nothing on the field. Your oppoenent thinks it over until you summon that card. GAME OVER.

65/100 Just of OCG you were perfect

lets see, do i have enough to vote?

yes i do ^^.

okay, my vote goes to Zeaux (card A) . reasoning:

His is more balanced, meaning its own abilities can be turned against it, and there is commensurate risk in playing it, making it much more fair. also, Card B's effects kinda seems to just be added on for the heck of it, 'specially towards the end. in addition, the OCG grammar errors in card B sealed its fate, and my vote goes to Card A, Zeaux.

My Vote: Card A
