Lord Smeagle
Presenting, for your enjoyment, the Seven Deadly Sets! These sets are devoted to those most infamous of sins; Greed, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Lust, Pride, and Gluttony. This set includes contributor cards; names of contributors and the cards they created are at the bottom of the page. All other cards are mine. Greed cards are an already-established set in Yu-Gi-Oh, and therefore revolve mostly around drawing cards. [spoiler=Greed: 20/20 Cards] Queen of Greed's Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. If you have seven cards in your hand, you can discard one card from your hand to Special Summon this card from your hand. This card's ATK and DEF are the number of cards in your hand x500. During your Draw Phase, draw 2 cards instead of one. You cannot play more than 2 cards from your hand per turn as long as this card remains face-up on the field. If a card is activated in response to this card declaring an attack, you can discard one card from your hand to negate it. Pride monsters are powerful monsters with self-imposed restrictions, due to their own arrogance. [spoiler=Pride: 20/20 Cards] Queen of Pride's Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can remove this card in your hand from play at the start of your opponent's Battle Phase. If you do this, your opponent can attack your Life Points directly this turn, and you cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase. During your next Standby Phase after you activate this effect, summon this card to your side of the field. During your Battle Phase, this card must declare an attack before any other monster you control. This card is unaffected by Trap Cards. Wrath cards revolve around the concept of revenge - cards get their effects when your monsters are destroyed. [spoiler=Wrath: 20/20 Cards] Gluttony monsters devour your opponent's cards, making them into Equip Spells, and then their spells can use them as fuel! [spoiler=Gluttony: 20/20 Cards] Envy cards are all about using your opponent's cards against them. Change of Heart-like effects are just the beginning. [spoiler=Envy: 20/20 Cards] Lust cards force your opponent to pay Life Points in order to do just about anything, slowly (and often willingly) giving up their soul... [spoiler=Lust: 20/20 Cards] Sloth Cards revolve around the Sleep Counter, and consist mostly of Stall and Burn cards to give your opponent a slow and ungraceful death. [spoiler=Sloth: 20/20 Cards] Queen of Sloth's Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by it's own effect. If there are four or more monsters on the field and all monsters on the field have "Sleep Counters" on them, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. As long as this card remains face up on the field, monsters with "Sleep Counters" on them cannot attack and their effects are negated. This card is unaffected by the effects of "Sleep Counters." During each player's End Phase, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each monster on the field with a "Sleep Counter" on it. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Slumber Maiden's Effect: When this card is Summoned, you can place 1 Sleep Counter on each face-up monster on the field. During your Standby Phase, you can discard 1 card from your hand to place 1 Sleep Counter on this card (max. 5). During your End Phase, depending on the number of Sleep Counters on this card, activate the follwoing ability:-1: Place 1 Sleep Counter on 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.-2: Your opponent cannot Normal Summon or Set during their next Main Phase.-3: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.-4: Draw a number of cards equal to the nuber of Sleep Counters on the field.-5: Tribute this card face-up. Your opponent must skip their next Draw Phase. Aelsthla-Mental
Pretty damn awesome. Oh, but one more thing you should do is make a deck recipe for each! Course, with only 20 cards each, you would have to make it two of each card on average. But yeah, I'd be interested! Once again, pretty good work. Lord Smeagle
Eh, I'm not into Demonology, so I don't know anything about those except the obvious one, Lucifer. And those sort of cards have a bad rep, ties to Satanism notwithstanding, as most Satan and/or Lucifer cards I've seen on this site are made by illiterate n00bs. I don't know if I'll ever make another set this big, but it's possible. Always looking to improve, y'know.
