As for the case of Community's Choice, the opinions of others do not change my personal state whatsoever. I'm not trying to make the Awards seem more important than they are - I'm just saying we should treat them with some degree of respect. I rest my case. I rest my case.[/quote'] Again, might I reiterate that I only returned to the forum, having left it in February '08, to be voted for than half-a-dozen times for "Best Contributor in the last 6 months"? Furthermore, I suggest that in future you better label the awards as being only applicable to the 6 months prior, as currently it's just too lenient. I suggest you refrain from the bias you have clearly shown towards myself and now others who have boycotted and are now critical of these awards, and check every single vote cast against your seemingly iron-clad rules of nomination, just to make sure no one gets an award they don't deserve... Hope you didn't miss the sarcasm in the previous two paragraphs. ;) Since you seem to have reignited your criticisms, which I stated I would myself refrain from provoking unless making a response, I'll point out this set of posts, which still applies: Is this not an opinion poll and to all intents and purposes' date=' good fun?[/quote'] Nope.
