[spoiler=Card] Lore: "1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non Tuner monsters"Once per turn during your Stand-by Phase you can toss a coin and call it, if you called it correctly add 1 Infectious Counter to this card, if you called it wrong remove 1 Infectious Counter from this card. When this card inflicts Battle Damage you can discard 3 cards to increase the damage by 1000 and treat the Battle Damage as Effect Damage. If this card would be destroyed as a result of battle, you can remove 5 Infectious Counters from this card to Special Summon it to your field, if you do not, Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field during their next Battle Phase. If you called it correctly, add 1 Infections Counter to this card. If you called it wrong, remove 1 Infectious Counter from this card. When this card inflicts damage to your opponent, you can discard 3 cards to increase the damage by 1000 and treat the Battle Damage as Effect Damage. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 5 Infectious Counters from this card to negate the attack. If you do not, Special Summon this card to your opponent's field during their next Battle Phase. I see a few problems with this card. First of all, what happens if you don't have any counters on it and you call your coin toss incorrectly? What happens then? Perhaps you should give it some counters when it is summoned, and if it reaches 0, it dies. Next, I would say that if it's an effect revolving around counters, don't discard 3 cards from your hand to add damage, but rather Infectious Counters. The main problem though, is with the last sentence. I've just recently learned what Synchros are, so I could be wrong, but I don't think it can be summoned to your opponent's field without a Synchro Summon. In that case, you should remove that part of the effect and change it to: When this card is summoned, place 2 Infectious Counters on this card (max. 8). Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can toss a coin and call it. If you called it correctly, add 1 Infectious Counter to this card. If you called it wrong, remove 1 Infectious Counter from this card. When this card inflicts damage to your opponent, you can remove 3 Infectious Counters from this card to increase the damage by 1000 and treat the Battle Damage as Effect Damage. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 5 Infectious Counters from this card to negate the attack. (See my sig for the link to the thread for the rest of the cards, it will help you understand this card better.) Second adding the extra Damage makes it more of a Beatdown/Burn card, and since the only other purpose the Counters are used for on this card is to bring it back to live, I like to give it something a little extra. Now for the Main problem as you say, Ok now I'm gonna explain this one easy, Synchro's can still be Special Summoned this way, as I basicly took that part of the effect right from Stardust Dragon which is the main Synchro. So in this case it is all right and should not be changed. Now for the last part, I'm happy that you went into great depth at trying to fix my card.
