Ancient Dragoon, my latest concoction!

Well, I'm hoping this card turned out well, as I don't think it's overpowered because of it's effect.

Without further ado, I reveal to you the Ancient Dragoon.

This card can only be special summoned by removing three Dragon-Type monsters in your graveyard from play. The ATK and DEF of this card is determined by the combined total of the removed monsters halved. While this card is in play the following effects will occur depending on the top card of your opponent's graveyard.

-> If the top card is a Spell Card, negate the activation of all spell cards as long as a spell card exists on the top.

-> If the top card is a Trap Card, negate the activation of all trap cards as long as a trap card exists on the top.

-> If the top card is an Effect Monster, negate the activation of all effect monsters (excluding this one) as long as an effect monster is on the top.

-> If the top card is a normal monster card, your opponent may only use three monster zones as long as a normal monster is on the top.

-> If the top card is a Synchro or Fusion Monster, then no player may fusion or Synchro summon as long as a synchro or fusion monster exists on top.

This card may not attack directly, and when destroyed, is removed from play.[/align]
