Effect : 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 1 Monster and 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand. Once per turn , select 1 monster on the field and place a "Draining Spirit Counter" on it. A "Draining Spirit Counter" decreases ATK and DEF by 100 every time the controller draws. If a monster with a "Draining Spirit Counter" on it reaches 0 ATK and DEF , Special Summon that monster onto your opponents side of the field.
