If this card is Normal Summoned Decreased the number of stars by 1, and the ATK and DEF of this card is halved." I think that might be correct. Ok, onto rating.. Name: 8/10. Amored Flipper sounds awesome. I just don't know what a Mosasaurus is..Image:7/10. The creature itself is awesome. In my opinion the background isnt very good. But that's my opinionEffect: 8/10. It's very creative but I don't know.. I just.. Don't really like it. It's very good. But i'm not really a 'That type of effect' person. ;)Overal: 7.35/10. Yes. A lot of numbers. 7.35/10 is sorta like. 'Woah! Since I´m not that advanced at creating Tuner monsters, I had an eye on a 'real' Tuner card while I was creating the Armored Flipper Mosasaurus. The OCG should be totally correct. As for the image, yeah well ^^ I know the background isn't really good. But I'm going to change it when I got the right time.
