OCG correction:

This monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by paying half of your Life Points. The ATK and DEF of this card equals to the amount of LIGHT monsters you control x 1000. This monster can attack only during your every second Battle Phase. This monster cannot be destroyed by the effects of Spell and Trap Cards. Each time when your opponent activates a card, increase your Life Points by 1000.

ATK / ? DEF / ? (only 1 question mark is needed, not 4)

 

I feel that card somewhat lacking, effectwise. It could be a massive beatstick which cannot be destroyed by Spell or Trap Cards, but I imagined somewhat more unique effect. There are combos to power-up this card fast, like "The Agent of Creation - Venus" can Special Summon "Mystical Shine Ball" cards from Deck, giving a high amount of LIGHT monsters fast.

In total, I give 6/10 for this card. It has potential, but could be more ... special.
