Effect:

Once per turn, while this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play a number of monsters from your Graveyard equal to the Level of this card to Special Summon 1 Monster Card from your Deck with the same name as this card. If you activate this effect, increase the Level of this card and all "Recurring Wraith" you control by 1. If this card is removed from play by it's own effect, you can pay 1000 Life Points to return this card to your Deck. While this card is in your Graveyard, when a face-up "Recurring Wraith" on the field is removed from play, you can pay half your Life Points and select 1 monster from your Deck. That monster's name is treated as "Recurring Wraith".

Effect:

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it was Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. During your Main Phase 1, place 1 Felderit Counter on a Level 6 or lower monster your opponent controls (max. 1). During your Battle Phase, if a monster you control (except this card) attacks a monster with a Felderit Counter on it whose ATK is higher than the ATK of the attacking monster, destroy both monsters. Both players lose Life Points equal to half the combined ATK of the destroyed monsters. During your Main Phase 2, if there is a monster on the field with a Felderit Counter on it, you must send a number of cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard equal to it's Level.

K.B. strategist- Your effect confused me by how you worded it, but yet it seemed underpowered but still a decent effect. 6/10

DeMeNTeD- I could clearly understand your effect and seemed to balance out very well. ATK and DEF came into play with the effect almost perfectly and your Felderit Counter is very well thought out. 9.5/10

My Vote-DeMeNTeD
