Koko Taylor was born in Shelby County, TN. In 1952 Taylor moved to Chicago. That's where she met Willie Dixon 10 years later. That's when Koko's career started. In, 2003 she also guest starred on the PBS Kids show, Arthur. If Koko Taylor was still alive, she would be 81 on September 28.
