Xing
And I want to help it....My parents think someone just let it out, but I think it's hurt. It keeps acting sick, but it's very friendly. I want to help it, but my parents say no. Any comments?
EliminateHRN
I remember I had a stray cat, it ran off. But tell your parents you think it's hurt and hopefully they'll upderstand. If not, maybe try giving it food or water? And maybe try to make sure it's sick/hurt? I really have no idea.
bury the year
Call the animal hospital if it's close by. Otherwise, you can try asking your parents, but it's in your better interest to do nothing.
Xing
I'm trying to, but they won't listen. It just keeps sitting there, staring at me everytime I look out the window. I already have 3 cats, 1 dog, 1 turtle, and 2 frogs. They say no more.......
Guest Fake Apology
Try feeding it and help it by yourself(even outdoors), parents won't listen on such cases.

~Emo~
Cats fail, dogs are better. Leave it alone. It could have rabies if it is acting sick.

~Shore
Cats fail' date=' dogs are better. Leave it alone. It could have rabies if it is acting sick.[/quote']No. You fail. I've seen and occasionally been in situations like this before. Your parents are right in one respect, you have a heck of a lot of pets. But on the plus side, you probably have plenty of food ;). Do what they said, feed it, but if you take it to the shelter they might kill it. I heard once about this 90 year old lady whose old dog had wandered off, and by the time she got to the shelter they had already killed it. Feed the cat, but don't give it to the pound. Felix Culpa
I would try to see if anyone nearby had lost a cat, posting flyers up in common places, but only a picture in black and white. When you find someone who claims its there's quiz them. Like "what color is the spot on its eye?"

There are actually some sick bastards who "Adopt" free kittens and then use them to train attack dogs. Sickening.
