Just Some random cards I made...Rate them?

I'm kinda new at this.....

Just tell me what you think.

 

Effect: As long as this card card remains face up on the field, whenever you draw a Dragon type monster during your draw phase you can pay life points equal to its total level stars times 100 to special summon it from your hand. When this card is sent to the graveyard, remove from play all monsters summoned by this effect.

 

Effect: Whenever this card is selected as an attack target you can tribute 1 monster on your side of the field in order to place 1 "Doom chain counter" on the attacking monster and negate the attack. Monsters with "Doom chain counters" cannot attack or be tributed and their effects are negated. If your opponent does not declare an attack during their battle phase, during the end phase of that turn they must discard one card randomly from there hand. When your opponent has 5 monsters with "doom chain counters" on there side of the field, you can tribute this card to destroy them all. When this card is removed from the field, destroy all "doom chain counters".

 

Effect: This card can only be activated if you have no face up spell or trap cards already in play. As long as this card remains face up on the field, when a card is sent to the graveyard, you can remove it from play instead in order to add the bottom card of your deck to your hand. If the added card was the same type of card ( Monster, spell, or trap) as the removed card,

Select one of the following effects:

-Draw one card.

-Gain 500 life points.

-Inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent.

If it is not the same type, your opponent selects one of the following effects:

-You take 500 points of damage.

-You Have to discard two cards from your hand.

-Your opponent gains 500 life points.

When this card is removed from the field by an opponents card effect you may pay 2000 life points in order to place it on the top of your deck. if you do not activate this effect, your opponent may pay 500 life points in order to remove this card from play.

 

Effect: Activate this card in response to to a card effect that requires the flipping of a coin or the rolling of a dice. Pay 1000 Life Points to Negate this rolling or flipping and decide the outcome yourself.

 

Effect: During either players battle phase, you can increase the attack of a face up monster on your side of the field by 1500. Then during the end phase of the same turn place that monster in your graveyard. This counts as being destroyed by battle. Either player can use this effect while this card is face up on the field.

Very nice indeed. 8.5/10. Just some improvements:

 

Black Dragon Magician:

i) Since it's a FIRE monster, you could change the name to 'Flame Dragon Magician' or simply 'Dragon Magician'.

ii) 'Dragon type' should be 'Dragon-Type'

iii) 'draw phase' should be 'Draw Phase'

iv) 'times' should be 'x'

v) 'special summon' should be 'Special Summon'

vi) 'graveyard' should be 'Graveyard'

 

Alicia - Master of Chains:

i) Feminine of Master is Mistress.

ii) Since the counter effects are so strong, you might want to consider a Life Point cost for keeping them on the field. Or a maximum number of counters that can be on the field at the time.

 

Twisted Fate:

i) Same errors as 'Black Dragon Magician'

 

Perfect Gamble:

OCG: "Activate this card only when a card effect requiring flipping a coin or rolling a die is activated..."

 

Reapers Rush:

i) Name should be "Reaper's Rush"

ii) You need to add: "While this card remains face-up on the field..." at the beginning.

iii) 'attack' should be 'ATK'

iv) OCG: "...on your side of the field by 1500. During your End Phase the selected monster is sent to the Graveyard."

v) Remove "while this card is face-up on the field." at the end as it should be at the beginning.
