S.P.Y. - Autonomous Recon Effect: If you control this face-up card, you can look at the top card of your opponent's Deck. If it is a Monster Card with a Level equal to or lower than that of a monster in your hand, you can Special Summon 1 monster with a Level equal to or lower than that of the selected card and Special Summon it to the field in face-up Attack Position.
