thats not exactly right, but its closer.

 

its op. id make it a lp cost to activate taht effect and tone down the atk bonus to 500 TOPS. and id only have it destroy monster cards.

 

idk about the dmg effect. it really doesnt help the opness...

Well here's the fixed effect.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner-monsters

When this card is Syncrho Summoned, destroy all other cards on the field. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards destroyed, x 100. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the number of cards destroyed x 300.

-Sighs irritatingly- This is exactly why I made my Crimson cards. Girls wont get you yelled at as long as everything is clean. This card is just plain out bad, no sense whatsoever, the OCG is bad, and the picture hurts my eyes. 0/10

When your opponent activates the effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster, you can Tribute this card to negate it, and destroy all cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, negate the effect(s) of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. Also, that monster effect(s) can be treated as this card's effect and can be activated once. Return this card to the Extra Deck during the End Phase, and Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard

O.O Now thats an awesome card. He seems impossible to summon though unless you use a Darktuner, considering its mix of different cards. If anything, im sure you mean, polymerization for the first three, than a tuner monster? Correct?
