I know OCG sucks, I just wanted to point out the effect and I didn't have the energy of making a correctly OCGed card because I'm really tired and sick... Correct OCG if you want, but look at the effect for the rating. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play, from your side of the field or the Graveyard, 1 WIND, 1 WATER, 1 FIRE and 1 EARTH monsters. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, discard on card from your hand to the Graveyard to put one "Creation Counter" on this card. You can remove "Creation Counters" from this card to Special Summon a monster whos level is equal to x2 the "Creation Counters" removed from your hand, your Graveyard or from out of play. If you build a deck around him, it would be easy (especially with Foolish Burial). About the summoning effect, I do plan on making some support cards.
