yes well overpowered bring the ATK down to at least 3800 or 3700 and change the effect it should be somewhat like this:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 2 DARK monsters from play.Then you can pay half of your Life Points to destroy all the cards on the field except this one.

 

And use edit and don't repost same card

Jesus Christ. LOWER THE ATK AND DEF BECAUSE IT'S OPED. It's OPed because it's very powerful and too easy to summon. Lower the ATK to below 3000 and same as defense.

It should be something like this:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing DARK monsters from play. You can pay 1000 Life Points to send all cards on the field to the Graveyard, except this card.

 

But yes, it is still OP. Why?

Look at the ATK and DEF. The ATK and DEF is too high, you can easy wipe out half an opponents life points, especially because of that effect. Suggestions are that:

1) Lower the ATK and DEF

2) Give the effect a negative side.

 

Before you jump to conclusions, I'm just making suggestions and trying to help you.

That's basically an easy to summon Judgment. Decrease the ATK or increase the cost in LP. 4/10
