New card set - First 9 cards

Here are the first 9 cards of a new deck set. I will update with 9 more cards every update.

 

The attack and defense of all monsters on the field decreases by 300 points for every unused monster card slot on the field. all face up fire type monsters on the field are destroyed. Once per turn, each player can pay 500 life points to summon one ice token (ice type/light/1 star/500atk/def).

 

You can only activate this card when your opponent activates a magic or trap card whose effect includes removing your life points. your opponent takes damage equal to the amount of damage you took from the card's effect.

 

If you would normally take damage to your life points with your own card effect, the damage inflicted to your life points becomes 0. Your opponent takes damage equal to half the amount of damage you would normally take to your life points.

 

You can only activate this card when a monster whose attack points were equal to or less than to your monster that is being attacked has been raised above the attack of your monster. Decrease the monster's attack points by the number of increased attack points x2.

 

As long as this card is face up on the field, all monsters who attack are destroyed at the end phase of the turn they attacked.

 

As long as this card is face up on the field, all machine type monsters can't attack and are destroyed the second turn after this card is destroyed.

 

Normal summon one monster from the graveyard in face up attack or defense position.

 

This card's attack decreases by 400 every time it battles a monster who's attribute isn't water.

 

This card cannot attack your opponents life points directly. This card is unaffected by all card effects that include destroying this card. Each time this card destroys a monster on your opponents side of the field, you get one zombie token (zombie type/dark/4 stars/1800 atk/2000 def). Offer one zombie token on your side of the field when this card is in your graveyard to special summon this card to your side of the field.

These have horrible OCG, half the pics are from Halo, on your second card you stole a pic from one of my cards. Grrrr.... Lets see.... Your pics just aren't right for the yugioh card design and... well dare I say... these effects just have nothing abiding to each card truthfully. This is a negative rating. -5/10

Wow first off I didn't steal anybody from anything. Try getting some proof before you blindly accuse people. I've never seen any of his cards. It's called google images, also known as a common picture site, where LOTS of people get LOTS of images. It happens a lot, and you just come in here accusing me? not only is that short sighted, but pathetic. Get your facts straight.

 

Second off, if I have errors in my OCG, which I probably do since some effects are complicated, then try telling me them instead of just telling me their ocg is terrible. That's just being lazy.

 

The effects will make better sense when the ENTIRE set is done, these are freaking 9 cards, so you couldn't have any KIND of accurate say in how well they're effects are until the set is done.

 

The picture of the card shouldn't even matter finally, because as long as the picture makes sense to the card's name and effect, and is good quality, it fits. If all my card pictures are from Halo, whoopdy frikin do, that shouldn't change any rating of my card as long as the quality fits. Now if my card is named happy lovers and there's a picture of master chief throwing grenades, yeah sure, give me a bad rating, but quite frankly the pictures FIT.

 

If I take a picture from a MASSIVE public and free picture site, that coincidentally is the same picture you used for one of your cards in a deck I havn't even SEEN, and you base even SOME of your rating on that, then your rating is next to useless on my thread.

Any more comments about how bad the OCG is or how bad these cards are will be reported as SPAM unless you include a reason and examples from the cards. I need to actually KNOW what part of the OCG I did WRONG... >>

hey RacecaR, been a while. hmm i like the idea of the cards although there are OCG errors. 6/10. you did well. to others I dont know why other than because you are five stars that they rate you terribly. sure there are ocg errrs but the ideas are great.

Okay, I'm ready!

 

First, let's speak about the image. I have no problem with the image until it acomplish 2 things:

-It make senses with the name.

-It catch the eye (beauty)

You manage, to filled 1 and 1/2 of theses two requirements. The images make senses with the name, but... the art isn't that great. There's better on deviantart.com or google image, I'm sure of it.

 

Now the effect. I don't have any problems with the effec of any cards. It make senses and its short. The basic in brief.

 

NOw the OCG, the subject that eveyong loves to insult a marker. I'll tell you straight so I can procced.

 

The OCG is BAD.

 

Now that's out of the way. Let's proceed. The reason why I wrote this, is that there's beginners errors and amateur mistakes too.

For exemple:

face up -> face-up

attack -> ATK

defence -> DEF

life points -> Life Points

graveyard -> Graveyard

 

Or to be precise:

Sparkle Man's Lore: This card's attack decreases by 400 every time it battles a monster who's attribute isn't water.

Fixe: If this card battles a non-WATER monster, decrease this card ATK by 400.

 

Containment Field's Lore: If you would normally take damage to your life points with your own card effect, the damage inflicted to your life points becomes 0. Your opponent takes damage equal to half the amount of damage you would normally take to your life points.

 

Fixe: Activate only if you would receive effect damage from your card's effect. The Effect Damage you would receive becomes 0. Inflict to your opponent's Life Points half of the Effect Dame you would receive. (or something like that XD )

 

Revival's Lore: Normal summon one monster from the graveyard in face up attack or defense position.

 

Fixe: Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. (sounds like Monster Reborn)

 

On that, I'll conclude my rant. Thank you for your attention and understanding.
