If this card is face up on the field, activate the following effects:-The controller of this card cannot Normal Summon any monsters.-Once per turn, the controller of this card can Special Summon 1 Level 1 Machine-Type monster to the field.-All Machine-Type monsters that are not in ATK position have their effects negated.-This card cannot be destroyed, and another field spell cannot be activated.
