Ground Collapse is unlimited and never talked about, so I doubt these could be considered overpowered, but let me know. You end your turn and blam!, you just blew their Spell and Trap Card zone. And no drawback. There's no drawback on Claimed by the Earth either. Fix them, and make them more reasonable.
