"Cyber Dragon" + 2 Machine-Type monstersThis monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects: *Tribute up to 3 Machine-Type monsters you control to increase the ATK of this card by 1000 for each card. *During your Battle Phase instead of attacking, you can decrease the ATK of this card by an amount to destroy all monsters your opponent controls whose total ATK is less than the amount of ATK that was decreased.
