This card can only be Special Summoned while there are 3 or more WATER attribute monsters in your opponents Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, all WATER attribute monsters gain 200 ATK."Also, lower the stats.ATK- 2600DEF- 2400That's a bit more reasonable.
