Another 30 years later,Yugioh has been spread around in China and is now commonplace, a group of revolutionaries are trying to take down the Communist government there, and replace it with a democratic system. However, the government has it's own duelists and their own plans. Setting: Neo - Beijing, population 30 million people.Characters:Just apply.
