DarkSingerAslla Piscu Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 The Belial tuner's effect seems over powered. Pay 2000 and you got a level 12 tuner. Not that you could tune anything for that. Maybe stop at 1000 instead of 2000? Or increase it's level for every 400 instead of 200.
