I think they've officially beaten Archfiends for the title of my favorite Archetype =).

 

Ally Of Justice - Underworld Chancellor

DARK

Level 5

Machine / Effect

ATK:1900 DEF:1600

This card cannot be Special Summoned from your hand. While this card is in your hand, decrease this card's Level by 1 for every face-down monster on the field. When you Tribute summon this card by Tributing a "Ally Of Justice" monster, you can discard 1 card to destroy all LIGHT monsters on the field.

 

Ally Of Justice - Night Defender

DARK

Level 4

Machine / Effect

ATK:0 DEF:2000

While this card is face-up on the field, if you control 1 other "Ally Of Justice" monster except "Ally Of Justice - Night Defender", all LIGHT monsters on your opponent's side of the field are switched to Defense Position when they are summoned. The Battle Position of your opponent's LIGHT monsters cannot be changed.

 

Ally Of Justice - Mobile Weapon

DARK

Level 3

Machine / Tuner

ATK:1400 DEF:0

While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters on the field, except "Ally Of Justice" monsters are treated as LIGHT monsters. This card cannot be used as Synchro Material while at least 2 LIGHT monsters are face-up on the field.

 

Liberation Mode

Continuous Spell

Select 1 "Ally Of Justice" monster in your Extra Deck and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. Its effect is negated and its Battle Position cannot be changed except by card effect while this card is on the field. As long as the selected monster remains face-up on the field, all monsters on your opponent's side of the field are treated as LIGHT monsters. The effects of LIGHT monsters on the field and in the Graveyard are negated. During each of your End Phases, you lose 400 Life Points for every LIGHT monster on the field and in the Graveyard.

 

Ally Of Justice - Battalion Leader

DARK

Level 8

Machine / Synchro / Effect

ATK:2800 DEF:2500

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

If you used a "Ally Of Justice" Tuner monster as Synchro Material for this card, you can destroy 1 face-up monster with equal or less ATK than that monster. While you control no monsters and your opponent controls a LIGHT monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Defense Position.

 

Punishment Ray

Spell

During your Main Phase 1, select 1 face-up "Ally Of Justice" Synchro monster you control. Destroy 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field. The selected monster cannot attack this turn and its effect is negated.

 

Ally's Radar Program

Equip Spell

Equip to 1 "Ally Of Justice" monster you control. As long as the equipped monster remains in face-up Attack Position, Flip Effects are negated. When the equipped monster attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, remove it from play before Damage Calculation.

 

Retribution's Advocate

Continuous Spell

During your Standby Phase, if your opponent controls a face-up Level 4 or higher LIGHT monster, you can discard 1 "Ally Of Justice" monster to Draw 1 card.

 

Ally Of Justice - Martyr

DARK

Level 1

Machine / Effect

ATK:700 DEF:500

All Battle Damage you would take involving this card is reduced to 0. This card cannot be attacked by LIGHT monsters. While this card is in your Graveyard, all DARK monsters in your Graveyard cannot be removed from play.

The effect of Liberation Mode is a little broken, it's a one-card Plasma, negating all of their effects, an instant level 5+ synchro fodder and LP barrier and makes all opponent's monsters LIGHT, possibly hurting their support and making any AOJ effects extremely powerful.

Maybe if you changed it to swiching an AOJ (synchro, maybe) you control to Defence Position, rather than Summoning one, it would be more balanced.

Also, Underworld Chancellor will never get to use its second effect, if their is a LIGHT monster, then you can't tribute a monster to Summon him, since he's Level 4. So I don't see how he's going to be Tribute Summoned while there is a LIGHT monster on the field.

Otherwise, really great and helpful set ^.^

I looked, I don't see any OCG errors. Apart from Lib. Mode, the set is balanced really well, better than most I've seen. I'd normally give this an 8/10, the maximum I give to cards on here. But due to a couple of reasons, I'm going to give my first 8.5/10, really an amazing set and I love the AOJ series ^.^

May I note that Mobile Fortress' effect makes it so that it cannot Synchro Summon at all...unless your opponent has no monsters...

 

and that makes no sense, since two or more direct attacks seem better than one single strong mosnter

When I saw the AOJ Archetype I loved it, EXCEPT the fact that DARK is too powerful without blotting out the LIGHT (interestingly enough, this is a reference to the Light of Ruin and Darkness of Justice from GX). These cards are good, but as was said Chancellor is pointless. I agree with 8/10. Fix the Chancellor please.
