I say make it a Level 2, and say that you can remove from play a plant-type monster to make this card a level 4 monster. It's just a suggestion, but I think you have a better chance. I would expect to see one or all of these cards banned or limited to one if they were actually released; not because they're broken by themselves - it's just the nature of the meta. Killey Posted June 9, 2009 Report Share Posted June 9, 2009 I really don't see them being limited/forbidden if they were ever released but I do agree that Black Rose Dragon is broken and should have been limited when Brionac and Goyo were limited. Although with these cards it would be extremely fun to make a deck that focuses around Black Rose Dragon but in reality there are plenty of plant control decks that use BRD often.
