Send monster cards that are listed by a DARK Fusion Monster Card from your deck to the Graveyard, and Special Summon the DARK Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. If the Tributed monster was level 4 or below you lose another 2500 Life Points. If the Tributed monster is level 5 or above you lose 1000 Life Points.
