Archelaus
When I first posted this card, it got more than 5 10/10 and 9/10 ratings. Many were surprised by it. So please rate accordingly. When this card is activated, both players Life Points become 4000. As long as this card is on the field, Spell and Trap Cards are treated as monsters with 0 ATK and DEF, and are placed on Monster Card Zones. Their effects are still applied. Normal and Quick-Play Spell, and Normal and Counter Trap Cards effects can only be used once. Monsters are now treated as Spell and Trap Cards, and are placed on Spell and Trap Card Zones. Their effects are still applied. Normal Monsters are treated as Equip Spell Cards. As an Equip Spell Card, the equipped monster gains ATK and DEF equal to the Equip Spell Card's ATK and DEF. This card is unaffected by its own effect.
Angel of Silence
That is a cool card. It's very elaborate. If this card was a real card I would most likely use it. 10/10.

Lord Smeagle
It definitely breaks something. Judges would have a field day with the rulings on this card. If the Spell-turned-Monster keeps its it's effect, what about Equip Spells? Do you just select a monster and have it gain the Equip effect? What about Traps that become monsters? Are they treated as monsters or as Traps, and do they switch back and forth? What about Crystal Beasts - they're treated as Continuous Spells for half the duel anyway. What happens to Field Spells? Tokens? If I play Lightning Vortex, what does it kill? What happens if I have a Jinzo? Judgement from Above is an appropriate name, because nothing but divine intervention is going to determine a definitive ruling on this. It makes Black Garden look downright organized! I'm really not even sure what to rate it...but it's certainly unique.

Archelaus
It definitely breaks something. Judges would have a field day with the rulings on this card. That's good exercise.:] If the Spell-turned-Monster keeps its it's effect, what about Equip Spells? Do you just select a monster and have it gain the Equip effect? NOPE, it wasn't stated. Just their ATK and DEF. What about Traps that become monsters? Are they treated as monsters or as Traps, and do they switch back and forth? Monsters. No, they become effect monsters and there effects are only activated ONCE. What about Crystal Beasts - they're treated as Continuous Spells for half the duel anyway. They become 0 ATK and DEF monsters. (They are treated as Spells when destroyed right.?) What happens to Field Spells? Tokens? Field Spells?Effect monsters that still have their effects. If I play Lightning Vortex, what does it kill? Face-up monsters, in this case->the Spell/Traps that became monsters. What happens if I have a Jinzo? Negates Traps, In this case-> Monsters treated as Spells and Traps.->EXCEPT NORMAL MONSTERS THAT BECAME EQUIP SPELL CARDS. Judgement from Above is an appropriate name, because nothing but divine intervention is going to determine a definitive ruling on this. It makes Black Garden look downright organized! I'm really not even sure what to rate it...but it's certainly unique. I'm happy you liked it.
Lord Smeagle
Ok, that answers most of my questions, except: Does that mean the monsters are treated as BOTH Continuous Spell AND Trap cards? If so, Hamon, Uria and Raviel might actually be viable options. And you never answered the one about the Tokens.

Meaning, when this card is activated any monster(or token) on the field that became spell or traps are instantly destroyed because they are normal spell or trap. And you never answered the one about the Tokens. Answer is above.
JG.
I was stunned for 5 minutes after seeing this card. The pic seems minutely streched, but otherwise this is awesome. Judges would indeed need an ocean of coffee to determine the rulings of this card. 9.9/10, simply because the pic seems wierd. But still, 9.9 is almost as good as 10 you'll get from me. Be honoured. .Gideon.
wow, amazing, I won't mention the errors, the effect errors and the OCG errors. The idea itself is very nice, and the pic fits well with the name and the effectI think it should be a Field Spellgood job man, 9/
Lord Smeagle
Considering you seem to have thought this one through very well, I think this is probably as close to a perfect as such an off-the-wall card could be, so 10/10.
balir1307
wow, if that was an actual card....judges everywhere would go crazy. that's a great card 10/10.
Diabloco
I think it is very very creative. I don't think it is complicated it kind a makes the duel much more interesting. Although the equip spell/normal monsters effect makes it a bit overpowered, don't you think? Rating 9/10 because it has some aspects that are a bit unreal, like how would you win a duel? or how would you activate most of the monsters effect if they are Spells? and what happens to field spells? and what happens to the poor synchro and fusion monsters? Well mostly I rate it for the idea and because it can be played without any kind of problems, excluding what I refered. (I know a guy already refered some of these questions but I repeat them so you know why I don't give you a 20/10 :D)

Thanks.:] Although the equip spell/normal monsters effect makes it a bit overpowered, don't you think? Monsters that become Equip SPells doesn't equip their effect as well. Rating 9/10 because it has some aspects that are a bit unreal, like how would you win a duel? 1 EXAMPLE:I use Fake Trap then I equip Blue Eyes White Dragon and I attack. then repeat. until the opponent's Life Points are 0. or how would you activate most of the monsters effect if they are Spells? Activate them like normal spells. and what happens to field spells? Field Spells?Effect monsters that still have their effects. and what happens to the poor synchro and fusion monsters? Nothing. They can't be Summoned anyway, except with Polymerization as an effect monster. Well mostly I rate it for the idea and because it can be played without any kind of problems, excluding what I refered. Huntar!
Icy just declared ownership of this thread. Your card is solid, but its not really playable.
Guest JoshIcy
Heavy Storm leaves you seriously open. You missed out on a lot of technical rulings. This card isn't gamebreaking, well for whoever is the one using it... Maybe fun. But far from realistic.
