This card can be Special Summoned from the hand by discard 4 cards from your hand to the Graveyard. If this card is summoned this way, inflict 700 damage to your opponent's Life Points during the End Phase of the turn that this card was summoned. If you Special Summon this card in this way, inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points during the End Phase of the turn that this card was Special Summoned. Might I suggest making the burn effect constant? that or decrease the cost to 3 cards in order to make the card more "worth-it" OOORRRR make it a 3 card cost to summon, 1 card cost to burn?
