Great work.Effect: 8 - Toons usually have the same thing as every other Toon monster that exists. Still, great workIdea: 8 - Toons have been done countless times before, but these are actually good enough to acutally be called "Toons". Overall:9 - Fantastic work. Cards are balanced.
