I really liked the new conditions of summonThe effect is pretty creative and balanced I give a 9/10 for this card. 2 card This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by decreasing the DEF of 1 Level 4 or higher monster you control by 1000. During your Battle Phase, Spell Card(s) and Trap Card(s) cannot be activated until the end of this turn. When this card inflicts Battle Damage, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. During the End Phase, your opponent gains 500 Life Points for each Spell Card on the field and remove from play all Level 4 or lower monsters with 1500 ATK or less equal to the number of face-up Spell Cards on the field. Remove this card from play during your opponent's Standby Phase. Yeah another good card but have some unneeded effects here like"When this card inflicts Battle Damage, inflict 300 damage to your opponent"But yeah still a good card 8.6/10 3 card I dont understand the summoning conditios =/ 4 card Quick-PLay = Counter Strange OCG but I will try to fix Activate only during your Battle Phase if your opponent's control a Level 4 or higher Beast-Type monster. Destroy all cards on your opponent's field. You lose 100 Life Points for each monster destroyed this way. The most OP of those cards is thisYou destroy all cards on your opponent's field, inflict damage to him and send 1 card in his hand to the graveyard.
