When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, select 3 cards from your Graveyard and show them to your opponent. Your opponent selects 1 card among them. Add that card to your hand, and return the remaining cards to the Graveyard.[spoiler=Ancient Spirit Dragon/Assault Mode's Effect:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". This card is also treated as a Fairy-type monster. When this card is successfully Synchro Summoned, select 5 cards from your Graveyard and show them to your opponent. Your opponent selects 2 cards among them. Add the selected cards to your hand, and return the remaining cards to the Graveyard. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Ancient Spirit Dragon" from your Graveyard. On Assault Mode, "Add that card to your hand", should be "Add the selected cards to your hand"On the normal, instead of "Add that card to your hand."
