Diabloco Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 With this card Summoning Monsters will be a lot more easier. [spoiler=Effect:]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while it is removed from play. While this card is face-up on the Field all Monsters level 4 need 1 tribute to be Normal Summoned or Set, level 3 or lower Monsters need 2 tributes to be Normal Summoned or Set. Level 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 Monsters can be Normal Summoned or Set without any tribute. And level 10 or higher Monsters can be Special Summoned without any tributes. ("Great Helyas the King of the Forgotten World" is uneffected by this effect). Once per turn during your Standby Phase you take 1200 Damage to your Life Points . You also don't need to start a new paragraph after "remove from play", change that or else it'll look nasty. How will the card be removed from play if it doesn't see play? I'm not quite sure what to respond to this card. It's wird and original at the same time. But I still think you need to pay something to summon the higher level monster as some are overpowered (*coughdarkarmeddragoncough*). I'll give you a 4.5/10. Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 Say, All Level 5,6,7,8 Monsters Can be Normal summoned without any Tributes, but you must Pay 500 Life points, LV 10 you can Special summon But must Pay 1000 life points or it is OP, so, do that.
