-Griffin
That's a tricky one, maybe a Wall, Van'Dal or Trunade? The deck does seem pretty steady though, I'll probably give it a test run tommorow to see what it needs.

BehindTheMask
King Tiger Wanghu + Black Garden doesn't work. Black Garden's effect to halve the monster's attack starts a chain, as Chain Link 1. King Tiger Wanghu checks the monster's ATK when its summoned, so Black Garden prevents it's effect from activating properly. It goes like this Monster Summon. Then Black Garden starts a chain, then players can chain and stuff. Chain resolves, with Black Garden halving the monsters attack and summoning a token. King Tiger Wanghu tries to activate, but the Game State realizes that the last thing to happen(Game State Wise) was the resolution of Black Garden, and not a monster summoning. El Majishan
Tiger kills itself when it's summoned if black garden is face-up. I summon him then play Garden, or set then flip. Its an ok deck, I saw this guy use it and it gave ls a hard time, I'm trying to build a better version.

Oh...so then the match didn't even count. That sucks, it seemed like such a fun deck to. Thanks for pointing out the flaw in the concept.
Smeg
@Mask, stop seeming like you know the tcg, you are wrong. Tigers effect is ignition meaning it doesn't negate itself.

BehindTheMask
@Mask' date=' stop seeming like you know the tcg, you are wrong. Tigers effect is ignition meaning it doesn't negate itself.[/quote'] King Tiger activates when the monster is summoned. "Black Garden" does not halve the monster's ATK "during the Summon" or anything like that. Its effect is a Trigger-like effect that starts a Chain. The effect activates and starts a Chain, then players can chain to the effect, and then the effect halves the monster's ATK when the effect is resolving. For example: Player B has King Tiger Wanghu(Face Up Attack Mode) and Black Garden on the field Player A summons Goblin Attack ForceBoth Players let the Summoning of Goblin Attack Force resolve. King Tiger Wanghu does not trigger, because Goblin Attack Force, at this time, has 2300 attack. Black Garden then starts a chain, after King Tiger Wanghu resolves. Neither player chain, so Goblin Attack Force's attack is halved and the token is summoned(at the same time). King Tiger Wanghu activates, destroying the token. This is different than King Tiger Wanghu vs Burden of the Mighty, because Burden of the Mighty never uses the chain, because it is a continuous effect that is applied at all times. For Example Player B has King Tiger Wanghu + Burden of the MightyPlayer A has Seven Colored Fish(in the hand). Player A summons Seven Colored Fish. Burden of the Mighty's continous effect brings Seven Colored Fish to 1400, immediatly. King Tiger Wanghu triggers, seeing that a monster with 1400 attack or less was summoned, and destroys it. Stop being bad.
arkel
I'm ending this argument now. Black Garden has an ignition effect, meaning it activates when a monster is summoned. Wanghu's effect activates at the same time that Solemn Judgment would, meaning Tiger's effect has to activate before Black Garden. The only reason Tiger works with Burden of the Mighty is because BotM has a continuous effect. All clear now?
