I'm new too YCM, so here is my first shot at making cards. BTW, i use to make yu gi oh cards out of paper since i was like 11, so i do have a bit of experience ^^ Just 3 so far...

I have to say, not bad for you're first try, but I have a few ideas.

 

Purgatory Girl:

i) Give her an effect, Normal monsters are boring

ii) To tie in with "The Shoujo Image" (see below) give her an effect that triggers when her ATK is reduced to zero (something powerful)

 

Jigoku...:

i) I think you're trying to make a Spirit monster. You can change that in the 'Card Type' section of the Card Maker.

ii) Spirit monsters tend to have very powerful effects because of their limited summoning. This should be the same.

 

The Shoujo Image:

i) I suggest a total rethink for this card, because it could be very creative and different.

ii) What you could do is instead of doubling "Purgatory Girl"'s ATK, you should reduce her attack to zero; triggering her effect. That would be a sweet combo.

iii) Your OCG is off slightly as well. PM me if you need help.

Effect Monster:

 

Return this card to your hand during the End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned.

 

Spell Card:

 

This card can only be activated if there is a face-up "Purgatory Girl" on the field. It's ATK is doubled until the End Phase.
