The OCG is flawless--no blatant mistakes that I can see (though you might want to tack an "if this effect is used" clause onto the beginning of the last sentence, but that's just me). The card's effect is pretty good and well-balanced. The pic is awesome (who cares if lots of people use it? It can be interesting to see how differently different users interpret images).
