This card can only be Special Summoned by sending 1 "Blue Eyes White Dragon" on your side of the Field to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can send 1 face down Spell or Trap on your side of the Field to discard 1 random card in your Opponent's hand. If this card destroys a card as a result of battle, Deal Direct Damage equal to half of the destroyed monster's Atk Points. Let's see... This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" on your side of the field to the Graveyard. Once per turn during your Main Phase, you can send one Set Spell or Trap on your side of the field to the Graveyard to discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand. If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the destroyed monster's ATK.. Other than the OCG, the name is fine, and the effect is pretty nice. Not a huge change from what geekdupfireball posted, but I think it concurs a bit better with more recent OCG. Other than that, it's totally fine. The effect is pretty interesting, and it is well-balanced (I guess). I don't know about the other guy, but I think that pic looks absolutely fine on a real YGO card. Overall, I give a 9.25/10.
